1994 Toyota MR2 GT

The latest addition to my garage, purchased in . It’s an extremely clean example of a second-generation MR2.
For 1994, Japan received the Rev 3 (Revision 3) MR2: updated suspension and a power bump from 200 hp to 245 hp, among other small updates.
This car is a GT trim with black leather seats and blue Alcantara inserts (matching door inserts), T-tops, fog lights, power-folding mirrors, and LSD.
My objective is an OEM+ look while adding select aftermarket parts to see how far the factory ECU can go. Not chasing max power — just a fun weekend car that can occasionally handle the sprint to work.
During my first week of ownership, I wokred on small details like authentic Japanese inspection and registration stickers. And correct Japanese license plates. One of the downsides of a true JDM car (if you want to call it that) is that they already come equipped with JDM options and accessories...so there's not much to hunt down in the way of OEM parts.
